(NYSE: IMH), or the "Company", a Maryland corporation being taxed as a real estate investment trust ("REIT"), announces the scheduling of a conference call and live web cast on Wednesday, August 10, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. P.T. (1:00 p.m. E.T.). Mr. Joseph R. Tomkinson, Chairman and CEO, will discuss the results of the Company's second quarter and business outlook. A summary of second quarter results will also be released after the filing of the second quarter 2005 Form 10-Q, which is expected to be filed after the close of market on Tuesday, August 9, 2005.

Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. is a mortgage REIT, which operates three core businesses: (1) the Long-Term Investment Operations, (2) the Mortgage Operations, and (3) the Warehouse Lending Operations.
